Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge depends on where we deliver: ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. The charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Inside and Outside Dhaka

Inside Dhaka means addresses within Dhaka city. All other areas, including other districts of Dhaka division, are counted as outside Dhaka.

Delivery Times

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 5–7 business days

Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses across Bangladesh. We don't currently ship outside Bangladesh.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number available from your account's order history or the Track Order page as soon as it ships.

Delivery Exceptions

Occasionally weather, courier delays or address issues can affect delivery timing. If your package is significantly delayed, contact support and we'll investigate right away.
